Posted On: February 14, 2025
A major storm system will pound the western states during the next couple of days and it will then trek across the nation and wreak havoc in the eastern states this weekend. In California, the rainfall in coming days will be heavy all along low-lying coastal sections from Oregon to the Mexican border, and snowfall will be measured by the foot in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. No, BBC, a Small Panamanian Island is Not Drowning Due to Climate Change
Posted On: February 13, 2025
The BBC’s reporting is a prime example of climate alarmism dressed up as journalism, with the organization pushing a narrative, while ignoring crucial facts. Rather than investigating the real reasons behind Cartí Sugdupu’s relocation—overpopulation, lack of infrastructure, and government decisions—the BBC misleadingly claims climate change is forcing its residents to relocate. It is the government that has made that decision, and not because the seas are rising at a historically unusual rate. Re Posted From: No, BBC, a Small Panamania . . . [

The EPA’s Titanic Blunder: A $20 Billion Betrayal of Public Trust
Posted On: February 13, 2025
In a staggering revelation, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin has uncovered a clandestine maneuver by the previous Biden administration, involving the allocation of approximately $20 billion in taxpayer funds to an external financial institution. This move appears to have been a deliberate attempt to circumvent potential budgetary constraints anticipated from the succeeding administration. Erasing the IRA’s “greenhouse gas pollution” words

Since this simple change has no effect on the hundreds of billions of wasteful dollars being given away by the IRA it might actually be passable. It would go a long way on the road to reversing the bogus Endangerment Finding.Re Posted From: Erasing the IRA’s “greenhouse gas pollution” wordsWatts Up With That . . . [

Posted On: February 12, 2025
In conclusion, Net Zero is ineffective in achieving its primary goal and can never stop the weather changing. The impact of Net Zero policies is devastating for the economy and high productivity, energy intensive industries in particular. Renewables are not kind to the environment and the lies being told to promote them are untenable. The Net Zero cure is worse than the climate change disease.Re Posted From: Net Zero Cure Worse Than Climate Change DiseaseWatts Up With That . . . [

Underestimating Clouds: A Climate Mistake We Cannot Afford
Posted On: February 12, 2025
The time has come to reassess our approach to both climate science and energy policy. The stakes are too high to continue down a path of destructive policies based on erroneous analyses. We must prioritize reliable, affordable energy sources and grid stability over useless reductions in emissions of a harmless gas.Re Posted From: Underestimating Clouds: A Climate Mistake We Cannot AffordWatts Up With That . . .
